She has mentored interns and executives alike, collaborated with emerging artists and top-tier celebrities, and developed programs for burgeoning communities and Fortune 500 companies. *Alma is currently building an education-based digital community in collaboration with Justin Bridges, and in production on The Rider Podcast launching May 2021.
Throughout her journey, she has worked with the likes of Spotify, HBO, Bang & Olufsen and State Farm, Kermit and Shaq, Slayer and De La Soul. She has led the band, managed the band, toured with the band, and counseled the band when they broke up. She’s launched several community projects, including the Anthony + Standon Events Series for women, a retreat concept called Reset created in collaboration with Dr. Cora Neumann, and most recently published a series of newsletters advocating social justice education and action called #TodayIWill. She has also thrown a few very, very good parties.
Today, she collaborates with a wide variety of groups and individuals who are seeking more out of life and work. She believes that we are all a vessel for infinite possibilities and infinite creation.
She is a college drop out, as well as a recipient of the Clio and People’s Voice Webby Awards. She is a member of the 1% for the Planet, and have taken the Anti-Racist Small Business Pledge. Her current offering is based on her professional and life experiences, and she actively in training to become an ICF certified Life Coach via JRNI. She also holds a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Applying a never-ending curiosity for craft and creative potential, her work propels her almost as much as her son Oscar does. Born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and raised in Denver, Colorado, she currently resides on Lenape land in Brooklyn, NY.
